What is my jewellery made out of?

AUDEO jewels have been handcrafted using  925 recycled sterling silver and or 925 recycled sterling silver with 2.5 microns of 22K gold vermeil.  

How do I care for my jewellery?

Each order includes a care card and a small microfibre polishing cloth. We recommend to avoid showering or exercising with your jewels - water and sweat can tarnish and dull precious metals. Please avoid direct contact with chemical products like lotions, perfumes, makeup, hair sprays, we suggest you put your jewellery on after you have used such products

Warranty

We include a year's warranty on all orders and would be happy to repair any damages within this period. Our warranty does not cover general wear & tear or lost stones. We are also unable to return any items once they have been altered by a third party jeweller. We do not cover the cost of replacing missing or damaged stones. Typically repairs take 5 weeks to be completed

 Pre-Order

Payment will be taken at the point of purchase online. The date of delivery for the preorder is stated on the product page.

You can preorder items that are out of stock. Please email hello@audeobrand.com with your request.

Our return policy:

• Our return policy is 14 calendar days from receipt. Packages must be postmarked within this timeframe
• We do not process exchanges
• Items must still have the security tag intact, and are in their original condition and packaging
• Shipping charges and gift wrapping charges are not refundable
• UK orders: Returns from UK addresses are free
• International orders: Returns from all non-UK addresses cost £12 (or the local currency equivalent amount). This amount will be deducted from your refund when you use our prepaid label
• Our current refunds processing time is 15 working days.
